Vanguard Discovery Camp provides a safe and stimulating environment for kids to engage in STEAM based hands-on actvities, fostering curiosity and creativity. Daily morning sessions will provide interactive round-robin gathering with experiments and group projects that assist kids to learn and strengthen abilities to think critically, collaborate, and communicate effectively. The afternoon session will focus on one major STEAM project developing upon it throughout the week. We will end the week with a celebration to showcase the campers' creations.
EACH CAMPER MUST BRING A SACK LUNCH DAILY. LUNCH IS NOT PROVIDED!!! Snacks are provided but not lunch.
The sessions will follow each day's theme:
Molecular Monday- Monday's morning sessions will be focused on the subject of science.
Tech Tuesday- Tuesday's morning sessions will be focured on technology or technical skill sets.
Work Wednesdays- Wednesday's morning sessions will focus on engineering.
Technique Thursdays- Thursday's morning sessions will focus on the arts.
Formula Fridays- Friday's morning sessions will focus on the subject of math.
